According to a report by law360, disposable vaping manufacturer LostMary has asked a British court to quash the UAE company. The LadyMary trademark says the company was not used during its five-year use in the UK.

Love Miracle is headquartered in Hong Kong. (miracle) on December 21, the Hong Kong Co., LTD, and GreenFunAlliance Co., LTD., announced that SynergyProjectManagementLLC should be lost in the vapes and tobacco market “LadyMary” the power of the name. iMiracle did not provide further details in the lawsuit.

Previously, the company had gone to court to protect its LostMary vapes and ELFBAR merchandise, which it began selling in 2022.

In July, Miracle of Love sued a British competitor for naming the e-cigarette FoundMary, claiming it was identical to its product.

Love Miracle still has dozens of claims related to its ELFBAR products in the United States and has accused at least 13 businesses of selling imitations containing forged trademarks in Florida courts. SmokeSpotFLLLLLC and Love Wonder, in a wide-ranging trademark infringement war with at least a dozen similar retailers, settled after filing a joint dismissal motion in Sep.

The ownership dispute over the Elf name continues, between Love Miracle and VPRBrands, a Florida-based e-cigarette company.

VPRBrands sued Georgia tobacco chain VapeLoft in October, in part to stop the retailer from selling ELFBAR products made by Love Wonder. VPRBrands noted that a federal judge in Florida had issued a preliminary injunction barring the Chinese company from selling ElfBar-branded products.

However, Love Miracle is involved in a lawsuit. The two Chinese companies and VapeLoft have countersued VPRBrands, claiming the company is selling counterfeit products.
