In the first half of the year, China’s exports of disposable vape reached 3.83 billion U.S. dollars, accounting for 70% of total exports

Between January and June 2023, China exported $3.831 billion in disposable e-cigarettes, accounting for about 70% of total e-cigarette exports, with an average monthly export value of about $638 million.


Based on the data released by China Customs, two organizations have compiled data on the export value of China’s exports of disposable e-cigarettes and other e-cigarette categories from January to June 2023.

 

According to the data, China’s total exports of disposable e-cigarettes reached about $3.831 billion between January and June 2023, accounting for about 70% of total e-cigarette exports. The average export value for each month was about $638 million.

 

Exports of other e-cigarette products amounted to about $1.652 billion, accounting for about 30% of total e-cigarette exports. Monthly exports averaged about $275 million.

 

It should be noted that the export value of disposable e-cigarettes in the first half of this year has been on an upward trend as a percentage of the entire e-cigarette category, except for the month of February.
